At NovixMagnet (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we believe billing should be clear, fair, and transparent. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how our subscription billing works, when refunds may or may not apply, and how you can cancel your service at any time. This policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
By subscribing to or using any NovixMagnet service, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.
Our Service and Billing Model
NovixMagnet provides a monthly subscription service that includes the design, development, hosting, and maintenance of a professional business website, domain registration, one (1) professional business email inbox, and access to our business growth resource library.
The subscription fee is $10.00 USD per month, billed on a recurring basis at the start of each billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize NovixMagnet to automatically charge your chosen payment method each month until you cancel.
All prices are stated in US Dollars (USD).
Free Cancellation at Any Time
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee and no long-term commitment.

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your website and services will remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refund Policy
Because our service is delivered on a monthly subscription basis and work begins immediately upon subscription, the following applies:
- ✓Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
- ✓We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.
- ✓When you cancel, you will not be charged again, and your service will remain active until the end of the current paid period.
We believe our “cancel anytime” model is the fairest approach: you are never locked into a long-term contract, and you only ever pay for the month you are currently using.
Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges
If you believe you have been charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge, or a charge applied after you have cancelled — please contact us at hello@novixmagnet.com within 30 days of the charge. We will review the transaction, and where a genuine billing error has occurred, we will issue a full refund of the incorrect amount.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Failed or Late Payments
If a recurring payment fails or is not received, we may suspend or restrict access to your website, email inbox, and services until payment is resolved. If payment remains outstanding, your subscription may be terminated in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Domain Names
Domain names registered by NovixMagnet on your behalf remain the property of NovixMagnet, as described in our Terms of Service.
If you wish to acquire full ownership of your domain, you may purchase it for a one-time fee of $200.00 USD. This one-time domain purchase fee is non-refundable once the domain transfer has been initiated.
What Happens After Cancellation
Upon cancellation of your subscription:
- ✓Your website will be taken offline and all associated files will be deleted within 30 days.
- ✓Your professional email inbox will be permanently deactivated and deleted, along with all emails, contacts, and data stored within it.
- ✓We strongly recommend exporting and backing up any content, emails, or files you wish to keep before cancelling.
NovixMagnet is not responsible for any data loss resulting from cancellation.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first — we are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension or termination of your services. We will always work with you in good faith to resolve any legitimate billing concern.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or by posting an updated version on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
